Breandán (Ó Nualltáin) Knowlton is currently Programme Manager at the Europeana Foundation, bringing Europe’s cultural heritage online with a single API. He has lended his expertise to Happy Cog and has been a manager of some description at BearingPoint, Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, and quite a few other large and small organizations over the past two decades. Thanks to some great teams, good mentors and a little common sense, his projects have generally finished on time and on budget. He is the author of A Practical Guide to Managing Web Projects, published by Five Simple Steps in eBook & paperback formats.
He has lived in more than ten cities around the world, and now makes The Hague, Netherlands his home. He likes playing traditional Irish music with friends, and has worn geeky glasses since the age of two.
